Ninad has a diverse background in mobile learning, rural development, and education technology.
Ninad founded Utter App, a chat based English learning platform with over 6M users. Ninad founded Utter driven by the belief in conversations changing lives, starting with teaching functional English. Utter operated in 12 countries across the world.
Ninad’s journey with online education started in 2008, when he launched “English Seekho” on feature phones, reaching over 3 million subscribers in 3 years, and “Sparsh,” a mobile sexuality education program for Indian youth, reaching over 2 million in 2 years, both receiving accolades for innovation.
Prior to that, he played a pivotal role in establishing 75,000 IT-enabled rural centers through the Common Services Centres Scheme, gaining insights into low-cost business models for rural youth. Between 2012-2014, he led the development of multimedia courses for workplace skills in 8 languages in partnership with NSDC.
Dr.Hrridaysh Deshpande is the Vice Chancellor of Ajeenkya DY Patil University and the member of Governing Body & Board of Management of the University. He is the Director of Ajeenkya DY Patil Group and Grand Port Hospital, Mumbai.
Dr.Deshpande has been associated with the India Design Council (IDC) as its consultant advisor. He has been the member of CII National Committee on Design. He has authored three India Design Reports published in 2009, 2011 and 2014. He has been curating, planning and executing the CII NID Design Summit for the last 6 years.
He edited a compilation of 4 volumes of Indian Innovation Case
Studies for Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

Rajesh Bhojani is a senior professional with over 35 years’ experience in financial services and education sectors. He has worked in senior positions in asset management and other financial services organizations in India. He was a Senior Vice President at Birla Sun Life where he has worked for the Mutual Fund, Insurance and Wealth Management companies of the Aditya Birla Group. He was associated with Birla Mutual Fund since its inception.
Rajesh is a former President of Sales at UTI Mutual Fund where he headed a large team of marketing and sales professionals who helped the
organization maintain its leadership. He was also the Chief Marketing Officer at Zurich India Mutual Fund. Rajesh is currently an independent director of PPFAS AMC Pvt Ltd, one of the leading Mutual Funds in India
Rajesh has been associated with the financial planning movement and has done pioneering work in promoting financial literacy and systematic investing. He has also worked extensively in the education sector and was associated with the British Council
Rajesh holds an MMS degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
